Public toilets

we live in Reading and regularly visit Henley, we love the River area that is well kept and ideal for walking picnics and playing games. The town has a lovely variety of shops and places to eat.
My complaint is paying £4 for parking which is not too bad for a day out but one would expect having paid that and for an influential place like Henley I would expect something better than the steal pan toilets and handwashing facilities that are less than civilised. I would expect something far more up to date, and surely with the revenue from the parking we would deserve something better.
